How can I do a VAT refund at Jungceylon?
Tourists can easily claim a portion of Thailand's 7% VAT back on eligible purchases. Here is how the process works:
- Shop at Participating Stores: Look for stores offering tax-free shopping, such as Coach, CPS, PUMA, Studio 7, Charles & Keith, CC Double O, GentleWoman, Samsonite, Samsung, Swarovski, Moshi Moshi, Watsons and Boots
- Meet the Minimum Spend: Spend at least 2,000 Baht in a single participating store.
- Get Your Paperwork: Present your passport at checkout to receive the P.P.10 form and a tax invoice.
- Claim at the Airport: The actual refund is processed at the VAT Refund Office at the airport when you depart Thailand. Make sure to keep your documents and purchased items handy for customs inspection, and since processing can involve documentation checks and potential queues, be sure to save extra time for the VAT refund process to ensure a smooth departure.
Note: Always keep your receipts and check individual store policies, as return and exchange rules (like time limits or keeping items in original condition) may vary.

What is the nicest beach in Phuket?
It really depends on what you are looking for! For a quiet day and clear water, locals usually recommend driving down to Nai Harn, Freedom Beach, or Kata.
But traveling across the island can take a long time in Phuket traffic. If you want the most convenient and fun beach day, Patong Beach is the top choice. You can easily park your car at Jungceylon, grab some food or shop in the air-conditioned area, and then take a quick 5-minute walk down Bangla Road right to the sand. It’s the easiest way to enjoy the beach, sunset, and nightlife all in one spot without the travel hassle.
